Time is scarce. Interviewing is a form of competition. My base service is designed to take
advantage of both facts. Leverage my unique background, training and experience to help you
win far more often, with the least wasted effort possible. Please consider reading the

I have repeatedly coached "qualified" or "stretch" job candidates to "out interview" their equal or
more experienced competition. You won't find another interview coach with my background,
approach and record of success. It is worth noting that the base service will also help you more
effectively achieve & negotiate better offers effectively paying for this service several times over.
Base Service
90 minutes: 10 minutes prep, 70 minutes live 1:1 coaching session, 10 minutes to summarize and email you my advice specific to you following our live phone call. $65 one-time fee.

communicate and win job offers in any industry or vocation, now and forever more.
Sequence of events (either AFTER we speak for free for 5 minutes, or whenever you are ready):
a) You opt to hire me and communicate that by purchasing my base service online.
b) You email me (youandyourcoach@gmail.com) an MS Word doc copy of your confidential resume, a job description or likely job description, and any questions you want to have answered during our coaching session. Please include your full name, phone number and time zone. If you have an urgent need for my services, please also phone or text me (480.414.8999) to alert me and say so. I will accommodate you if possible, but otherwise will phone you within 1-3 days to schedule our coaching session.
c) You receive my phone call to thank you and to schedule our telephone coaching session.
d) I review your emailed information and prepare for our call. My notes and recommendations will be emailed to you during or after our call.
e) Coaching Session - When I phone you for our appointment, please have the material you sent to me (resume, job description or profile) as well as a blank notepad handy, which you will need for portions of the coaching session, as well as to take notes.
Our session itself
will begin with a review of your background, your objectives (key job
description, etc.) and several questions and comments/recommendations that I will offer. We
then focus on three pillars of truths and insights that will enable you to interview your best for
any job. Forever more.
You will learn: 1) A simple, repeatable process that you can use for each interview, each job and any job search now or future, 2) Social insights from management and sales training that are both easy and valuable to apply during your interviews, 3) Proven strategies, techniques, and questions to guide your success in each interview.
Added Services - Ongoing or One-Time added coaching help is available at $35 per half hour.
A small portion of my clients ask for ongoing or specific counsel for specific key interviews,
interview situations, resume messaging, etc. We can discuss any of your interests in future added help after our live 70-minute coaching call.
